Getting Started
New clients will need to register for an account and fill out their personal and cat profiles prior to a meet & greet. This helps us
understand your cat’s needs and provide the best care possible.
Desert Whiskers Cat Sitting uses an online software called Time To Pet for service booking, scheduling and billing.
This user-friendly platform ensures a seamless experience for our clients.
If for any reason you are unable to request appointments through the online software, Shawn is always available to take requests by email or text. She is here to make the process as easy as possible for you and your feline friends.

50% - non-refundable deposit is due to hold your reservation, the other remainder of payment is
due in full 7 days before the first day of service

Meet & Greet ~ *Free
This is the initial meeting so that everyone can get acquainted and we can discuss our cat sitting services. We will go over the information you entered in your account, have you show us where things are, your cats routines, home security routines, answer any questions you may have, and of course, get to know your cats.
At the meet Shawn will require 1 set of house keys and a deposit. The meet and greet usually takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on how many cats you have. This is the initial meeting where everyone can get acquainted, and we can discuss our cat sitting services. We will go over the information you entered in your account, have you show us where things are, your cat’s routines, home security routines, answer any questions you may have, and of course, get to know your cats.

If you’re ready to book and have your dates set, your first meet and greet is on us!

If you’re still deciding and don’t have dates set, there will be a non-refundable fee of $40.00 for the meet and greet. But don’t worry, if you decide to book with us, we’ll credit this fee to your account.
**Please Note: If we need to make an additional visit after the meet and greet to collect a key or for any other reason, there will be an additional charge.

At Desert Whiskers Cat Sitting, we understand that your cats are part of your family, and we’re here to give them the care they deserve. Our service includes home visits as often as needed to feed your cats, change or scoop their litter, play with them, and provide quiet time for the shy ones. We can even administer medications, including insulin shots & transdermal medications. This is a stress-free option for your cats, who often prefer the comfort of their own home.
*Please note, cats must be seen a minimum of once per day.
We do not provide every other day care.
Our Rates:
30-minute visit: $40.00
45-minute visit: $55.00
60-minute visit: $65.00
Please remember, more cats or tasks will require more time to give your cats the best visits possible!
